The Director is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the department and is accountable for all professional, administrative, and clinical productivity activities within the department.
Qualifications include a graduate degree, licensure as an independent clinician under the State of New Hampshire rules, and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with children & adolescents. The position requires a balance of clinical and administrative leadership. An ability to mentor clinicians in the use of a family systems framework in their clinical work is highly desirable.
This position does not require any weekend or on-call hours and is conveniently located in scenic Southern New Hampshire. The mountains, tax-free shopping, beach and Boston are all within a short drive away!
